Group members unable to get into group


 

2 of my members have requested to join group as when they try to get in told not members but still in directory as members, getting emails and 2 of them their emails getting through what can I do

?
Most likely they are logging in to Groups.io's site with an email address different from the one listed in your group's Members list.

Ask them to click on or hover over their name in the upper right corner of a Groups.io page. That will reveal the email address they used to sign in:



If that's different then tell them that each email address is its own account and must have its own subscription. The easy solution would be for them to click Logout and then log back in using the email address that is in your group's Members list. Or, if they don't want to use that address, log in to it anyway and they may be able to use the Account page to change it too their preferred address (but only if that other address has no subscriptions of its own).

Thanks but I told them to do that and still couldn't get in 1 of them was trying another address but still couldn't get in with original I told them needed to sign in every 30 days but that wasn't problem
