Within the past three days my request to open my group defaults to page1. Heretofore it always opened at the most recent post. Even entering this group from the "Your Groups" tab brings me to post #1 and not to the current post. I had been using URL "/g/Wettville-Corners/messages?expanded=1" which yes points to No. 1 but always opened with the mos recent post.

Is there something that has changed? Can you suggest a different syntax to the URL that will bring us to the current page?

I am not entirely certain about what you mean by "page 1". However, let's try this...

On which ever page you find yourself, at the top near the right hand side is the word "Date" with a small solid arrow - head beside it. Which way is the arrow pointing? If it isn't pointing down then click on it until it does point down.?
