Difficulty understanding directions

 

1.? I tried accessing editing who can access my new subgroup to make a change.

2.? Can't change home page photo

3.? Can't designate a moderator.??

Am using updated Android tablet.

First, make sure that the owner label is showing on the homepage beside Home.

You need to switch your screen to "desktop site". At the very top of the screen on the far right, you should see 3 vertical dots and click on those dots. A new window pops up and scroll down and click on "desktop site" . Your device might vary a little. Phones and tablets have pared down systems so if you want full function you need to do the above.
