Can you set a special notice to go out at a specified time

I send a special notice out everyday but I have always done it manually.? I will be traveling to Europe so timing will be difficult.? Is there a way to set up a special notice and have it go out at a certain day and time?

The only notice that has a timed option is Monthly Reminder notice. So, it is easy to do it monthly, but more frequently, sorry, I don't know.?

Could you use your email to do that? The only problem is dealing with "special notice".?

Could it be an auto-reply just to those who post? ?Do you need it to be in the Messages archive too?

I only have basic groups, no premium.

Can we take it that the answer you got in April did not work?

It is possible to make a calendar notice into a special notice.

Linda, some email services - such as Gmail - allow you to create a message and schedule it for delivery. The #special hashtag will ensure it creates a special notice.?

Pete?

Sorry, In reference to my previous post: I just realized that I created the #special hashtag myself and set it to Special Notice. You can do the same, of course.?

If you send one every day, what makes them special?? What is the difference between sending a daily message and sending a message every day?? and..? Would members really mind if there was a pause in those messages?

Keep in mind that a "special notice" is sent by email to every group member no matter what their "email delivery choice" (other than "no email" if allowed). I think it is meant for communication that needs to be timely and of high importance to all group members.
