If you mean you want to know how often people go to the website, I can only speak for basic and premium groups, where the answer would be no.

Maybe, but you'd have to upgrade to an Enterprise group to install Google Analytics code.? There is no tracking/analytics available to other group owners.

As others have said... no. Even if there was, there would be no knowing what they are actually signing in to and for, because signing - in is an "account level" activity, not a "group level" one. As a result while you might know that someone had signed in, you would have no idea which of their groups they were interested in and about to interact with.
