Bouncing and Messages/Topics Setting

1. How soon after an email address starts bouncing is a notices sent the subscriber?

2. When I go to the Archives I see the messages sorted by Topic (which I never want to see). How do I change this? I forget that I¡¯m being shown only one message in a thread and don¡¯t see many messages. And have to explain this my subscribers on a list that doesn¡¯t allow attachments (like screenshots).

Sharon -- That depends on whether it was a "soft" or a "hard" bounce. See?/helpcenter/ownersmanual/1/additional-information/groups-io-bounce-handling

Bouncing is an account status, not a subscription status. An account could go into bouncing even if all your group's messages have been delivered, due to problems with delivery of messages from another group.

The easiest way is to bookmark the messages view and put that on your bookmarks bar of your browser.

Failing that, the view you get depends on how you got there. Groups.io will "remember" your last view, but otherwise provides no way to set a default.?
