billing question


 

Can anyone tell me if I'm automatically billed for my Groups.io account based on the screenshots below from my account? I'm just trying to ensure my account won't end today (fyi- my parent org pays this and I think they switched to auto-renewal last year but neither of us remember. There is no "pay invoice" button on my billing page like there was last year:

Since you have a payment method on file, it will attempt to charge that card.? If it fails for any reason, you'll be notified.

Nichole -- As Duane noted, if you are an Owner (or Moderator with the Billing permission) you should receive an immediate notification if there's a problem processing the payment.

If nothing is done to remedy it, there will be a reminder one week later. Your group isn't actually downgraded until after a two-week grace period.
