Adding a New Member to My Groups.io Group
Kenneth Semien, Sr.
Hello All:
Commonly, subscribers are tech savvy, however at times you meet an individual who has not caught on to computer use. Please assist me in adding a member to my group that has difficulty subscribing to a group after a number of attempts, although it isn't that difficult. She has authorized me to simply add her to the group. Kind Regards, Kenneth Semien, Sr. |

you can not do that, unless you pay for the group, you can only invite, and she has to accept it.

开云体育Hello Duane, Thanks for your response. I attempted to explain that I would have to add the new member just for her to begin receiving messages. She is older and has difficulty believing that she can send email. If I can't add her, I will tell her that she has to get a family member or friend to send the subscription request. Thanks for the feedback. I will simply send an invitation and walk her through accepting it.

Leeni,
Would paying for 1 month premium service give the ability to directlyYes. In fact there's a special plan for that: "Premium For One Month". It automatically downgrades to Basic at the end of 30 days, as opposed to "Premium Monthly" which automatically renews. Click on Upgrade (or Billing if your group is already upgraded), in the Admin pages, then blue View/Change Plan button to see the available plans.
