about special notices

 

Is there a mechanism to stop ordinary members from replying to a special notice with the [special notice] prefixed still attached, or adding it themselves?

If not, I may suggest it in the <beta> group

No, that's something they'd have to do in their email program when replying.? I don't think there's anything Groups.io can do about.? Maybe if the reply were made online, but that would be a minority on most groups.? To be clear though, it's NOT actually sent as a Special Notice unless it's sent by an admin of the group.
