As an Owner/Moderator, how do I Forward an email received by the group to elevate it to Special Notice Only status
?I¡¯m an Owner/Moderator for a group and we have some members who are ¡®Special Notice Only¡¯ subscribers. That means they obviously don¡¯t get all of the messages sent by anyone.
As a moderator, I see some of the messages rise to the level of ¡®Special?Notice¡¯ and want to pick them up, change them to add the ¡®Special?Notice¡¯ category, and send them on (back out) to the Group. But I don¡¯t see any way?to do that. I¡¯ve had to resort to a ¡®copy-paste¡¯ routine and send it?out from my address, giving credit to the source. ?
?Is there a way for someone with the privilege to Forward (or Reply), appending the Special Notice trigger?
?Thanks. |

BTW, just because someone is on Special Notice doesn't mean they haven't read it.? I do all of my reading online, so have all the groups I'm on set to SN.? On the groups I own, I use it very sparingly, maybe once per year, if that. Duane -- The official Groups.io user documentation is in the Groups.io Help Center. Thank you for your answer. That's what I had resolved by finding no mention of it in the manuals. Now I'll work on proposing a change in the app that will allow a Moderator to make that change on a document. Being able to Forward something should be allowed; being able to moderate/edit/change it to the degree you are permitted would also make sense.
