Discard messages w/ "Invoice" and "Attendee list" in subject?

Over the past few months, I have been deleting a dozen message a day which have subject lines like "MWC Barcelona 2020-21 Attendees list."

If you uncheck the "Allow Nonmembers to Post" setting, these messages won't go into the pending queue.? You'd need to decide which is more important.
