We have a disruptive member. I set his emails to be Moderated. Is there any other controls I can put on him? For instance, I don't want him going in and messing with our Database or Directory. I see that Blocking someone is mentioned but I cannot find any information about how to do this vs. banning him and/or restricting him in any other ways.

Unfortunately, no.? It's been asked for several times over the last 6 years (it was even added to the TODO list 4 years ago, ), but hasn't become a priority item yet.? Make sure you have notifications turned on for all the features so you'll at least be notified when someone does something in one of those areas.? Doesn't keep them from changing them, but you can restore things when you're notified.
