Is there a way to track the number of people who open/ read new topics, as a way of tracking engagement? As a group Owner, I do understand why it could be useful to be able to monitor subscriber activity with more granularity. And yet, as a subscriber, I also like the fact that no one is looking over my shoulder. The fact that groups.io does not do such tracking [or advertising] is one of the things that favorably distinguishes it from such internet forum providers as Google Groups, Y!G and Facebook.
