Multiple copies of messages to one email address

I have one member of my group who routinely receives two copies of each post to the group.? As opposed to the one copy of the message all other members receive.

Any advice of how to correct this?

Have them check the footer of the messages.? Each will show the email address it was sent to.? It could also be related to the email service they use.? Network Solutions is one that is known to have problems with GIO emails.? Mark has made a change, but no information on whether it helped.
