Help joining my group

My group is devoted to the residents of a senior community. ?Many are not computer literate and need help joining. ?I can't replicate their issues because, of course, I don't get the same messages. ?How can i make this easier for them? ?Can I add them to the group?
For now, the greatest problem is: ?When they get the confirm email message and come back to the group, establish their password, etc., they are asked to pick a group from a list. ?Since the group is private, it is not on the list. ?What do they do to select our group? ?(I don't remember what I did!) |

That is fairly easy. They will have to accept the invitation email. Even easier is if you pay for just 1 month of Premium and then direct add them. Nothing for them to do. They are all set. You can also email them and ask them to send an email to you: You can send a blank email to [GROUPNAME][email protected] ?substituting the real group name for GROUPNAME. They don't have to establish a password in order to get email from your group or to go online to your group homepage. They have an account if you have approved them as members or if they have accepted your invitation or if they have been direct added to your group.
