Where do I report problems with ??.rr.com


 

I have sent several invites to email address of ??. (i.e. ).
Where do I report problems like this? I am new to .

Chances are it's just rr being rr.? They don't play well with GIO on occasion.? Any error message(s) you got may help narrow the problem area.

The biggest complaint with rr is that people using that service are removed for marking messages as spam, even though they haven't.? See /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Removed-for-spam#Service-Providers

That's a temporary error (anything 4xx is), so GIO will retry sending the invitation.? I'm not sure what the time is between tries.? Some services use this to "graylist" email senders like GIO to limit the amount of mail they can send in a relatively short time.

If you get a 5xx error, that means that GIO has received a hard error.? With those, it won't try again.
