Can I see if a subscribed member tries to subscribe again?

A member claims that he hasn't received any e-mails from the group yet, although his activity states that he did receive the most recent mail and isn't bouncing.? He claims to have sent a new subscription request by e-mail yesterday.? Is there any way I can check whether a subscription request was received from him?? Does Groups.io tell someone that they're already subscribed if they try to subscribe while being subscribed, and does this information appear in some or other activity log for the moderator to see? A bit surprisingly, I got nothing back, nor any notice in the logs.? The only time you'd see an entry would be if they didn't already have a subscription.? I'd have that member check the spam/junk folder since they're shown to be getting emails.
