Change order of posts in a topic

Sun Seeker

I have done a search of the topics and did not see an answer.? Is there some way to change the order of the posts that show on the topic page?? On my messages page, each topic is shown, but the short text under the heading is the original message.? I would like to change it so that when members see the message page, they see a snippet of the latest post instead of the first post.

Thanks

Sun Seeker -- Click on the "Date" link at upper right to invert the sort order.?There is no group setting for this, but once set, it should be "remembered" until you (perhaps inadvertently) change it again.

Thankyou Bruce

I did notice the "Date" Link for my message list. I was hoping however that there was a global setting. My concern is that people unfamiliar with the format will see only the "original" post and not realize there is a new reply. I do recognize that a new reply will show up on the top of the list and will have the bold heading so it may not be an issue.
