Hello,
Sorry, I have another question. What is the wiki option used for, and how does it work?

On a travel group that I belong to, we use it for a links library.
On another group, we used it for planning a trip.
Basically it is a mini version of Wikipedia!
Do with it whatever you wish.
Usually pages are editable by all members but you can lock pages.

Have a look at the Wiki here on GMF, /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/home? It may give you an idea for one possible use.? Some groups don't enable it, others use it heavily, and everything in between.? It can be used for anything that is revised frequently, as well as things that are fairly static.? By default, any member can edit a page, but you have the option on each page to only allow moderators to edit it.? Unlike Files, it doesn't use any of the group's storage space, except for any photos within it.

There is a "New Page" button, if that's what you're talking about.

Rich; in order to make the above work you would need to give editing rights to your membership, and that would be "wiki - wide".

That might not be a good idea.

To revert an edit:
Go to the wiki page in question.
Click on "xxx revisions" at the upper right (where xxx is the number of revisions made.)
Click on the middle column (reason for edit.)
Scroll to the bottom of that page and select select Delete This Revision.
Confirm that you want to delete it.
Done.
