Question about backgrounds

I just started a group called??[email protected].
On October 31, 2019.
?
Everything was going great until 11-3-2019 at 8:35 PM. I had sent a message
To the group and when I got the message in my inbox, the background was
Messed up. Before that, the backgrounds showed up perfectly when they
Came to me in the inbox.

I have a background in this email that has a leaf border on the right. I am sending along a messed up background picture and a picture of a correct background.
?
I am in two other groups and this is not happening in those groups.
?
Can you help me get the correct background back again. Thanks.

Lucy -- Did you recently increase your screen width? Is it happening all the time, or with just this one message?

It looks like your email client is tiling the background because the screen width is too wide.

It is happening with all backgrounds. I did not change anything. I sm in teo other iogroups. And they come through there ok. It is just in this new group where I am an owner. It started out ok. But the evenong of the third it changed.?

Lucy -- If it's only happening in the one group that you own, that suggests something amiss with that group.

Try this:?
-- Click open your Settings page (Admin>Settings).
-- Scroll down to the Features>Photos block.
-- Look at "Max Size in Email." Pull down the menu and change the entry to "No resizing."
-- Scroll further down and click the blue "Update Group" button.
