I have a member that has been waiting for an email confirmation so that she can start sending.
She still has not received that email.? ?Can someone send me step by step instructions on how
to add her so that can start sending without issues?

Mendy - You can resend the confirmation email using the instructions found here:?/g/GroupManagersForum/message/16640? Or if you have a Premium group, you can Direct Add her, bypassing the confirmation process. It's pretty much identical to sending an invitation; go to Admin>Direct Add and follow the instructions.
