Hi , I am new to the website and trying to understand if this serves the purpose I entail to use it for. Either way , my question is following. Are Post replies visible to all members of the team? And I will be able to find the Post with the hashtag right ?

Assuming your group is set to "Reply to Group" (Settings>Message Policies>Reply To) and subscribers use the normal reply function on their email clients, yes.

And I will be able to find the Post with the hashtag right?

Clicking on a hashtag will bring up a list of all posts containing that hashtag (i.e.: as if you had typed it into the search engine).
