Good morning,
As an Owner/Moderator I can see all the members of our group, no problem.? However, when my wife who is a 'mere' member, looks at the Directory on her machine she can only view 20 members although the page states 20 of 240.? When clicking the next arrow (bottom right) the 'No entry' sign is displayed and obviously nothing happens.? She has, I believe, set the appropriate fields in her profile.
Any ideas please?

The Directory will only show the members that have chosen to share their Group Profile, either to other group members or to the public.? A simple way for each person to check is for them to look at the Directory.? If they already share their Profile, they'll see the others that have shared it.? If they aren't sharing, there will be information and a link they can use to change the setting in the Profile Privacy section.? Also see /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Directory-and-Members-List
