RSVP [and the need to log in]
Hi folks,
I have used the RSVP feature for roughly four events a month since November and my subscribers still get confused about being logged on. What I think would help the most is that if they're not logged on and they click on "Click here to RSVP" in an email, that there be some kind of message that says, "You need to log on."? Then, just as importantly, once they've logged on, that they be returned to the RSVP page.? Right now they're not returned there, and they actually have to go all the way back to the email and click again on the link.? A bit convoluted... and not surprising that I've lost folks along the way. Anyone else have thoughts on this?? Thanks! Amy [subject line enhanced by moderator] |

This seems to be an insurmountable hurdle for many folks. It would be nice to be able to RSVP -- or respond to a poll -- without having to log in at all. If this inquiry evolves into a feature request for beta, I believe that should be it. However, I suspect the problem will never be fully addressed until Mark completes his work on the groups.io app. Regards, Bruce -- The system Help is your friend.??/static/help |
