Banning by IP Address

While I'm not needing it for now, one never knows, so I thought I'd ask since I haven't found anything about it. If a member turns out to be a disturber and if I need to go by that route, how can I accomplish that? That is, how can I ban an IP address from my group? Your help is much appreciated. Another option is for a member who is a 'disturber' to have his posting privileges set to 'Moderated' status or to 'No Post' status as a means to control any undesirable disturbance posts s/he might make.
