Calendar Feed Behavior When Removing a Member from Subgroup
Hi all - Does anyone know if there is a way to have a calendar feed no longer be available to a subgroup member after they are removed from the group? I tested it and it doesn't seem to automatically remove the feed unfortunately. Trying to solve for wanting to remove calendar meeting invite access for closed subgroups.? Thanks in advance for any help or ideas! Jacqueline? Jacqueline Serafin |
Short answer, Idunno, but actually is this an interesting question is a couple of contexts..
Scenario 1:? BobbySue not wanting the cal anymore if she self-unsubscribes from List-A. Scenario 2:? BobbySue has been removed from a list by the owner/moderator for whatever reason and should also immediately be unsubscribed from the List-A cal for a very good reason. Either example could have significant implications if it is a sensitive list, but in the second case I could see that being a big issue for a security or governing board list for example. :-\ -- Kenny Paul, Technical Program?Manager for Pacific Time Zone |

The settings for a subgroup are pretty much independent of those for the main group. ? -- Help: /static/help GMF's Wiki: /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki Search button at the top of Messages list A few site FAQs: /static/pricing#frequently-asked-questions |
