Canadian member?


 

We have a Canadian member who is not getting all our posts in her email account. ?She only gets about 2 a day. ?The rest of us are getting them all.

Hi

Is it possible that your Canadian member has advanced subscription preferences so that she gets only the first message in any thread? If you check your members list, (Admin, Members) see whether she is marked as FF (turquoise).?
If she does, she can click to follow individual threads using the footers in the email.
Or she can change her subscription.

She can post to the group, but nothing comes in her email inbox. ?Could this be a bug like the next post from Sugar?

Oh wow, I have heard of this but some of my Canadian friends issue has been resolved

I don¡¯t live in Canada though.

Hope there is something that can be done.

We have a Canadian member who is not getting all our posts in her email account.? She only gets about 2 a day.? The rest of us are getting them all.

Have a look in the Email Delivery History tab of that member's subscription page (from the Members list). That might give you a clue if her mailbox service is rejecting some of your group's messages. If there are any Unsuccessful or Bounces listed there the Reason text might be informative.

Also ask the member to make sure that group messages aren't being diverted to her Spam/Junk folder, or Trash, or anyplace other than her Inbox.

If either one is happening then it is something she needs to work out with her email mailbox service. The fact that other members are getting all the group's messages hints that it is not a problem on Groups.io's end, especially since you've checked her subscription settings.
