Removing Bouncing Members

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

I?was doing some clean up in my groups and saw that I have 155 bouncing members out of a group that has 682 members. I was tired of sending bouncing probes because they haven't been acted upon. I think those email addresses are no longer being used.
?
So what I did was put a check mark in the display name column which checked off the whole line of members. Then next to the word bouncing I clicked BULK REMOVE
?
Then a pop up came up asking me to put in emails.
Well I wasn't going to put in emails of those members thinking the bulk remove would have removed them.
?
Nope, no member was removed.
Is this a bug?

No, Bulk Remove is a different function than Remove.? If you had used the Action box (at the bottom) to select Remove, they would be gone.? For Bulk Remove, you have to enter each email address.

Oh okay, thanks I will try that now.
No sense in having that many bouncing members.
