Hi,

I'm trying transferring a Yahoo group by following the instructions, but I get this error:



The name is the right one, how you can see in the following screenshot.



How can I resolve this ASAP?

You could try using all lower case characters, but I doubt that will help.? I was eventually able to get to the home page of the group, but it took several tries.? It may be a temporary problem with YG!? I did notice that if I go to , I'm redirected to the Italian site.? That may be the problem.? If so, you will probably need to contact [email protected]

I've tried with lower case as well, but nothing.

I know for sure that another Italian group was transferred correctly.

I see that another user had the same issue and it was a bug.

I'll wait for the support reply.
