contacting support about a transfer
I am trying to transfer a group but appear to be stalled out. It has been several days since I started the process and invited [email protected] to join the Yahoo group I am trying to move. I have contacted support but am not getting a reply. What can I do to figure out what to do next?

That step is not automated and involves solving a CAPTCHA. - Go to the transfer page at?/yahootransfer - Click in the In Process box at lower right. - Click on the group being transferred from the pull-down. There will be a status box at the top of the resulting page. From what you've told us, it will probably say something to the effect that "We have received your invitation and will accept it soon. There is no need to send another invite." If it says that, all you can do is wait. All evidence suggests that sending additional invitations in an attempt to speed things up actually has the opposite effect. If it says something else, come back here and let us know. Same issue here, I sent the invitation several days ago, but the status page still shows: "Make sure you have sent an invite to your group for the user?
[email protected] . We will send you an email once we've received and accepted an invite. It may take a day or two for us to process the invite."Should I send the invite again? |
