I have a pending member waiting to join, however, before I approve her membership I want to see that she sent back the pending membership email. So she is sitting in the pending membership area. ? That is all good but I just approved another member and I need to change her status so she can post to the group. Because the pending member is sitting there I am unable to see the complete membership list as it keeps on bringing me back to the approval member when I click on membership. ? I cannot see the complete membership list. What am I doing wrong? Ilene

While looking at the view you describe above, I think you'll see a blue bar above the display names of pending members saying "Pending Approval." Click that and select "Members" from the dropdown list that will appear.

In the same way, you can go back and view "Pending" members by clicking that blue bar that now says "Members" and selecting "Pending Approval" from the dropdown list.

OK; you find yourself looking at the "pending member"... A little above "Display Name" there is a blue tab called Pending Approval. Click on it and you will be presented with a drop - down list; the first option on a list of 4 is Members. Click on that and you will find your full membership list presented. Find the member you wish to edit and click anywhere within their entry "line", and this will take you to their membership details.

Edit as required, and don't forget to Save the change!
