Privacy questions
Hello - I have created a new medical group and I¡¯m trying to establish privacy for the archive section?
Someone be able to direct me exactly where I can push the button that will make the archives not visible to anybody else but subscribers. I¡¯ve looked and looked until I¡¯m cross eyed. Lol. I think I figured it out :) for us it was selection number three.

When you create a group, you set whether the messages (archive) are publicly viewable or private (not publicly viewable):
If you set private, you get the following warning - "Are you sure you wish to make this group's archives private? Private archives cannot be reverted later." (If you set public, you might be able to change to private later, not sure about that.) On the group's homepage you will see one of 2 options: (archives refers to the messages)

Alois,
I do not see the option to have messages or archives public. I seeThat is because you, or another moderator, previously selected private archives. Once that selection is made it cannot be undone.
