Unfortunately many of the attachments to messages on Yahoo Groups did not transfer to Groups.io
is it possible to bulk delete these messages?
Can you move a message to Files?

Per the instructions (see second paragraph at /yahootransfer), attachments do not transfer.?

I know of no convenient way to even identify Y!G messages that have lost their attachments in the transfer, much less delete them.

Can you move a message to Files?

Not conveniently, You could select a message, print it to PDF and subsequently upload it. You can also download the entire message archive in mbox format using the backup utility and upload that.

I hope this helps, but it probably doesn't.
