Answering Messages In Digest Mode With the Braille Note 4

Patty Fletcher #9963 开云体育 Hello. A co-list member has written a message asking about how to answer messages in digest mode. I’m going to copy an edited version of her question here to see if anyone has the answer. I’m taking out names of mentioned list members whom she was trying to reply to. If anyone has any info about this it would be much appreciated. ? I was hoping to reply privately, but I'm subscribed in daily summary mode, and I'm having a devil of a time replying either on or off list. I may have inadvertently sent blank messages to ___ and the list. The problem is that for some reason, on my BrailleNote Touch running Android 4, I'm not finding the edit field in which to write my message. I'm sure it's a lot easier on my computer, but at times I would like to be able to do this on my BrailleNote Touch as well, so this is really frustrating. If any of you know of a way I can reply to such messages with my email program, you can email me at the address below. ? ? So anyhow, that’s the problem the list member is having and if anyone knows anything about this I’d appreciate the help. Thanks. Patty L. Anyway, assuming that she's clicked through to the group's web site (and is not looking for an edit field in the summary email itself), and found a reply link for the appropriate message, not being able to then find a field like the edit box sounds like an issue with how the site page is presented on that device. ? That could be a question of user education, or it could be that the HTML of the site could be improved to make it work better for such devices. Mark has worked with several people to get screen-readers to work better, and this may be a similar situation. I'd suggest having the member write to [email protected] directly about it. ? Another resource for your co-list member might be The Tech Zone: /g/the-tech-zone While they are a general technology list they seem to have a lot of information on assistive technologies. Though it is a smaller group than GMF she may be more likely to find someone there who uses the same device.
