How many io accounts?

I am not sure if I missed this in a messages search and the wiki,
but how can a member/group owner tell if they have more than one groups.io account?

Thanks for any assistance,
SusanK

At the top of this screen, over on the left hand side, there's a button that says "your groups" with a pull-down menu - that's where mine all show up.

There's no way for the site to tell you.? All I can think of is to try all of your email accounts for the 'Forgot Password' routine to see if it sends one.

Thanks, Nancy!

That shows the groups for the current logged in account,?
but not the ones for another account, if a member has more than one account,

I am pretty sure that some members do, because they signed up with 2 emails addresses,
and unsubscribed before the merge function was added,
and did not indicate that they applied to have their accounts merged as I requested.

Also, one applied with a non-existant email address by mistake, so it can't be merged.

As far as I know they did not delete the unwanted .io account so it is still there,
causing potential login problems.

Thanks, Duane.

Is there any danger of creating yet another io account by doing that?

No, if the email entered doesn't have an account, it will show
That email address does not have a Groups.io account.
If someone enters their email address incorrectly when applying to your group, it should stay as NC.? Those are fairly easy to find in the Members list since they're now orchid color, so after a few days or a week, I just delete them.

I also try to check for hard bouncing (red B) members now and then.? I've set up a Remove notice that sends an email telling them they've been removed for bouncing, but I doubt they get it.? A few come back, but some seem to have abandoned the email account in question, so no loss.
