how to restrict group? #addmembers #howtoguide

hello all
sorry, newbie here... how do I set my group to restricted?? I have it set that I have to approve a members first message, but I'd like to set it up so we don't get lurkers who shouldn't be there (this is a group set up to schedule children's activities over the summer...).? Can I set it up that someone needs to be approved before becoming a member? help, please!! --skye |

Go to Settings > Spam Control and select the first check box, Restricted Membership.? Anyone that tries to join will need approval.? If you invite someone, the approval is implicit.
