some links in footer not working

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Hi all,
A member has just reported to me that the ¡°reply to group¡± and the ¡°reply to sender¡±? links are not working for her, she clicks and nothing at all happens.
She doesn¡¯t have any problem sending to the group.
The mail program she uses is called Postbox.
Hope you can help her.
Thanks
Win

She likely does not have the "Mailto:" handler set on her system.? That's how those links work.??

Thanks for the suggestion Toby.
I forwarded it on to her, she has done as was suggested in the link but it hasn¡¯t made any difference. When she hovers her cursor on the links, she sees the address, but when she clicks nothing happens.
It is only in groups.io messages that the links don¡¯t work for her, the ¡°reply¡± links in any Yahoo group work fine.
She is receiving, reading messages and replying all in her Postbox program, all without any problems except the Reply to Group and Reply to Sender not working in the groups.io mail.
Any further suggestions please ??

Win,

She is receiving, reading messages and replying all in her Postbox
program, all without any problems except the Reply to Group and Reply
to Sender not working in the groups.io mail.
It is as Toby said: those links are "mailto:" links, not web links. They work differently than web links and may not work if one's email interface and operating system aren't set up to handle them.

It is only in groups.io messages that the links don¡¯t work for her,
the ¡°reply¡± links in any Yahoo group work fine.
The Reply links in a Yahoo Groups formatted digest are also "mailto:" links. If her claim is that those work then I don't know what to tell you. Those in a Groups.io formatted digest or individual message have exactly the same syntax.

Something quirky with her Postbox program?

Shal
