"NC" tag on member list

 

Hello, one of our members is tagged "NC", Not Confirmed. Does that mean the member needs to do something? Or the moderator?

I was wondering the same thing about one of my members. I scrolled down to the bottom and it said in blue send confirmation email. I clicked on it and it still has NC in the membership roster.
