you normally find your standard template normal.dotm under "C:\User\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates".. You get an empty word document and there you can set to no pitches between the lines, and that this should be standard and be connected to every document. I have difficulty to explain this to you because the German terms are maybe different from the English terms. But when you you’re your normal.dot you will see how you can change formats.

?????????????? I’m not sure I can get people to modify a template but perhaps if I know what you did, I can figure out alternative instructions. We ask people to paste in proposals and minutes because not ?????????????? everyone can or will open attachments. Word’s formatting makes screens and screens of text that is hard to follow.

Well, some of my members send their emails from their smart phones. Many of them aren?t really fit in formatting. In my groups I?ve observed a general and growing unwillingness to read a lot or to write understandably, especially since facebook and whattsapp. So I don?t know if this can work with your members, but good luck anyway….
