digests
A member told me there should be a way for her to delete messages from the digest. I dont see that setting any where? Is that possible?
I get digest for this group and never see those settings? She told me she has this on other groups here? Am I missing the setting and how to set this up for digest? If she deletes the message does the message get deleted from the whole group? Thanks Anita |

If the member mutes a topic or a hashtag, those messages won't appear in their digest. Digests are customized. There are no ads! ?Must be your member’s email service.?
I think that that the best subscription option if you don’t want every email is the Advanced Preferences. That’s what I have for this group. I get the first email in every thread (topic) and then I choose to follow any I am interested in following. (The command is in the email footer.)? I have made this the default setting in my own “leisure” group I own.? Frances |

You can click on "mute this topic" at the bottom of any email in the topic. If you want to do it from the web, see the Help section. On Wed, Mar 7, 2018 at 11:58 AM, J_Catlady <j.olivia.catlady@...> wrote:

Anita, See also this description:... how do they mute a topic? /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Help-Mock-up#Muting-and-Following Let me know if any of that needs clarification. Not sure what hash tags are but don't think I have any on my group You might not, or you may have accidentally. They are just words or phrases that can be used in message Subject lines to give you extra abilities to find the subject and/or optional controls over how the topic is handled. /static/help#hashtags -- Help: /static/help More Help: /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki Even More Help: Search button at the top of Messages list |
