Yesterday I sent the message below to support and got the automated response they are reviewing it. I had posted the problem here and it was recommended I send the issue to support. I am pretty certain I had tested the group out before by accessing the subgroup links as a non-member and it worked like it should. It seems like it is a glitch that just recently occurred, maybe as an unforeseen consequence of correcting another bug. I am pretty much ready to transfer my Yahoo group to Groups.io but am waiting until this glitch is corrected. This is because I am ready to send a personal email message to each member and want to make sure they can access the main and subgroup pages, as non-members (since the transfer hasn't been made yet), to appreciate their appearance and to be able to read the full purpose description of the subgroups. Does anyone have any idea how long it might take for support to correct this bug?
Also, a lot of times now when I attempt to go to the main group I get a web image of a cat with the statement "Undergoing Maintenance." This seems to be occurring more often now than it had when I was working on my other Yahoo group that has been successfully moved over to Groups.io. Actually, I don't recall it ever occurring when I was working on the other group. Is this just a temporary phenomenon, maybe because all the bugs that need correcting, or is it something members will encounter all the time? I know one member, and probably more since a fair number have their profile set to 'No Mail', that does all his posting and reading of messages on the Yahoo group website. If undergoing maintenance will be a frequent occurrence, like it now has become, it could be a real annoyance for members who want to log into the group, something they did not encounter in the Yahoo group (I'm assuming since I have not received any complaints).

MESSAGE TO SUPPORT:
My main group I am creating is at
I created two subgroups and have the Privacy set to
"Listed in parent group, archives visible by parent group members"
When a non-member goes to the home page and clicks on Subgroups, a list of the subgroups come up but there is not enough room for the complete purpose statement. When the non-member clicks on a subgroup it goes back to the main group page. Even when I enter the URL for the subgroup it does not go to the subgroup page but instead goes to the main group page. The prospective member does not see the subgroup image I chose and does not see the complete purpose statement. The prospective member may not join as a result. I remember trying this before as a non-member and it worked the same way as the main group, i.e., it took me to the subgroup home page, the cover image is displayed, the full purpose statement is given, and the email address to subscribe is at the bottom of the page. This comes just after some maintenance took place (an image of a cat was displayed). Is the maintenance not complete yet even though the cat image does not come up?
