That Address is not valid

 

I am trying to create a subgroup. I have already created two, and this third one is giving me a problem. When I try enter a group email address for the subgroup, it comes back and says 'That Address is not Valid'. The address I am using is
Scientifically-Unaccepted-Theories
I have tried this a number of times and even logged off and went back in. What could be the problem?
