Calendar subscriptions Problems

Is there a way for calendar emails to be sent, but not .ics or other files that load into people calendars? ? A person left the group, but claims they are still getting calendar invites? ? Essentially can we have a calendar, with email notices, but nothing that tries to sync with people’s calendars?

You could moderate the calendar related hashtags and remove the attachments before releasing the messages to your members but there's no option to just say your don't want those attachments.? I find that having the .ics file details automatically load into members calendars is a great help as it allows members to RSVP to events from their email client instead of having to go to the website. A person left the group, but claims they are still getting calendar invites? I would make sure that they don't have a second account subscribed to your group. If they look at the email footer, they will find the subscribed email address next to the unsubscribe link. ? Regards Andy ?

Muting and following hashtags is covered in the Member's Manual “moderate the calendar related hashtags” I don’t see this as easy to activate. Sorry can you explain it to me? You should also read about Understanding and Using Hashtags which is also in the Member's Manual. ? Use the Hashtags left-side menu option then edit a selected hashtag, Set the relevant properties and save the changes. ? Regards Andy ?
