Unable to download 1 Database #database

 

I am unable to download 1 database?? ?
All other databases are downloadable except this one.
I cant copy and paste the msg so I hope this makes sense -- on the title (Name) of the file it says Sending.download
In the 'kind' column it say Safari download

All of our other databases download with no problems at all.
Why would this one be different???

I'm using an Apple Mac desktop running macOS Monterey version 12.7.5

Hoping someone has a solution for me

What does it say in group website > Databases > that one > Permissions?

Problem Solved!!

It was because the Title was too long!!!!
The title line on our databases include the name and address of a member who is running a collection (we are a charity group) and her address was quite long. ?In desperation, as I had tried everything else, I trimmed it down and once that was done I was able to download the file.

I'd suggest putting that information in the Description (or maybe Short Description?) box instead of the name/title area.

Lots of detailed information can be found in the Owners Manual and Members Manual.
 

In which case it¡¯s a design error to allow such a name to be used in the first place!
