Wrongly listed as a ... inactive Member

?A friend and owner of an io group? has been wrongly pinned? as an inactive member of the group on 2 of her email addresses she regularly?posts from.? She's no longer listed as an admin & can't be invited back?in, how do I rectify?this? It's? HER group after?all.?

The only thing I found in Help is this:
Note: In the User Status column of the downloaded <members> list, a value of user_status_inactive means the user¡¯s Groups.io account was disabled by Groups.io management. The subscription records associated with an inactive account remain in the system and are accessible only by Groups.io management.
I also saw a discussion in Beta group about inactive and it might mean that the user has reported a message as spam and Groups.io was alerted in some way. As you know, Management has been extremely busy dealing with a company that deals with spam. If this could be the case and it is unwarranted or by error in this case, you and the member could write to Admin and ask for her to be reinstated. What do you mean by management? I also am an admin & can't find a way to reinstate her, she's not anywhere on a member list & when she tries to re-subscribe she gets an error message saying the group does not exist, which of course is wrong. It has to be ?io doing this for some reason and because it's a free group they won't help her.Karen, Management means Mark Fletcher, developer of Groups.io. Not us, we are just volunteers for this peer-to-peer help group. And not you, even if you are a co-owner of the group.? We don't know why she was deactivated but it may be related to spam. As you know, many people had to reverify their accounts due to an ongoing issue. I had to and did it easily right away.? We don't have your answer. Since you think it was incorrectly done, you can ask on Beta group what "inactive" member means. And how you can reactivate a long-time member who has been marked as inactive.?
