How to clear an RI
? ?I have three members? with "RI" after their names.? They remember receiving nothing from on what do?do.? They are not receiving our messages. ? ? I can communicate with them using the same email url. ? ? I thought I could fix the?problem by deleting them?and then inviting them?to join.? However, after rejoining, they still have "RI" after their name. ? ? How do I get them back receiving our messages? Alan Alan J. Warshawer |

Alan -- RI is an account status, not a subscription status. Any remedy requires action by the account holder (in this case, logging in, as Andy mentioned).?
