Alan -- RI is an account status, not a subscription status. Any remedy requires action by the account holder (in this case, logging in, as Andy mentioned).?

For the record, so is Bouncing and Bounced. Not Confirmed is also an account status, but admins of paid groups can manually confirm subscriber's accounts...which seems inappropriate, or at least inconsistent. But it is what it is.

The only way that you, yourself, can revalidate member addresses is if you had their passwords and signed into their accounts (web or mobile app) for them.?

I’ve posted three messages “DO NOT EMAIL ME TO “Keep me on the list.” ?I cannot do anything about this, you MUST log into your account to revalidate the address”. ?IN BOLD, repeated twice. ?This week I got two “Keep me on the list.” ? Yah can’t fix dumb.?
