From your example, it looks like the Group Title and Group Email Address are set correctly in those boxes.? I believe what you are seeing in the Welcome email is a function of the client program

Works fine on one of my groups.? On the Settings page, check in the 1st and 2nd boxes.? If you have those both set to PAD-CO, it should work properly. BTW, all of us here on GMF are site users, like

When an invitation is accepted they become members, you won't see any "attempt" (pending member request).? ?So... check your member list, it might have already been accepted... and you can proceed
