There are some strategies. Stronger moderation. A member to member message doesn't go to the moderator. Only messages for the whole group goes to the moderator. A moderator should be able to tell. Or

Almost.? An owner (or moderator with permission) on a group can delete any message (or topic), members can only delete their own messages. There is *no* platform that can delete email on others
