If you're not using Photos or Files, you can get an estimate pretty easy.? Go to Photos, then look to see how many are in the Emailed Photos folder (first one shown.)? Divide that into the space

You should be able to delete attachments from the messages. I don't know if "inline" pictures are handled as attachments or not on this platform. If they are you can delete those but not as a bulk
