Oh, I think I see the problem. ?I have set that hashtag to send a message as a Special Notice. ?I don¡¯t see a place where I can adjust who is allowed to send a Special Notice - can that be done?

Does that include Set Moderator Privileges ? If yes then they can turn themselves into Owners. This may not always be a good thing; be careful who you give it to because anyone with that box checked
